Long's Horseradish "Fresh is Hot"


Our idea for Long's Horseradish "Fresh is Hot" is based upon the fact that keeping it in cold temperatures actually makes the flavour hotter. With that in mind and because this is a gourmet product, we put it inside a frappet (wine cooler) filled with ice just as if it was replacing a sofisticated wine where hot smoke is coming off the lid, reinforcing the fact that being in a fresh place adds to the flavour, and that it is made with a selection of only the best and fresh natural ingredients as is it's tradition.
